Q: How long does it take to process my order?
A: Most orders are processed within 5-7 business days. Custom or made-to-order items require additional processing time. Please see custom order section.
Q: How long does shipping take?
A: Shipping times vary based on your location and the shipping method selected. Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via email.
Q: Do you offer tracking?
A: Yes. Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Yes/No. On a case by case basis. Please message us prior to placing an order to discuss further.
Q: What if my package is delayed?
A: Once a package has been handed to the carrier, delivery times are outside of our control. If your package appears delayed, please contact the shipping carrier first, then reach out to us if you need additonal assistance.
Q: What if my package is lost or damaged?
A: If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within (5) days of delivery and include photos of any damages so we can asist you.
If your package appears to be lost in transit please contact us. We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue and determine the best solution. Customer satisfaction is important to us, and we will do our best to help.
